Food today
Breakfast: 1/2 cup yogurt, 1/2 cup blueberries, 1 tbsp ground flax, (shake)
Lunch: salmon and brown rice. Yummmm. This will all be ruined tonight when I make cake balls for the negaent party lol
Legs burning but so worth it.
Double yesterday, triple today. Circuits at 11 then different set of circuits at 6. Bobby kicked my ass twice. Then aqua fitness. I wish I had my heart rate chest strap. I woulda killed the calorie count today. But I lost it :( just the strap. Dammit. Dinner was salmon and brown rice. Yummy.

Tough Mudder in training
So I’m thinking the hardest part of tough mudder won’t be the running, the obstacles or even the heat. I think it will be the mental battle. Quitting? Not an option. My team will be there. Bad news bears
So I got bad news today from Bobby. He did my body fat % at the end of November (pre injury) and I was about 18.6%. It was up .4 from Vegas in September but still not bad.
